You are so talented! Its impossible to pick just one favorite, but "Sweetness" and "Hollywood Blvd." really speak to me. They're definitely on my after-Christmas list of KTDs. First I'd better finish my gifts for this year.

My favourite pattern is definitely Wabbit Season - it's just so whimsical and cute! I love that all her patterns are both simple enough for mindless knitting but complicated enough to keep me entertained. Looking great is just a bonus!

Great interview!! I've been lucky enough to be one of Alex's test knitters for a year or more. Her patterns are so well written and very clever. She always has everything written so clearly and full of information about the techniques used in the design, and there is always help if needed. She's clever and witty and she's always on the edge of what will be trending. Thanks for a great interview with Alex!

I loved the interview. I've known Alex online for a few years now and this is one of the few times I've seen her speak. It was great to hear her voice.

I really enjoyed the interview, great questions and its nice to hear her voice. The length of the interview was nice too. My favorite pattern of hers is an older one, but Phoncible is my favorite. Its the first hat I ever made and the Nero looks amazing.

My favorite Alex pattern is Howlcat because I"m knitting it now and I think the design is brilliant. The first gateway pattern was Kilter, a classic of course. Great interview—so nice to hear her voice and to hear about the perils of designing!

A great interview! I really like her and her style... These days, favorite pattern is Speedline, but I have to admit that she had so many cute patterns (I love her hats!), that I frequently change which one I like the best depending on my mood!

I love her! I can't wait to listen to this. I've been so excited about "Peek," but I have so many other projects going on right now ;-|

I love Alex's hat patterns. I just finished making the Most Bespeckled Hat, and I think my faves of her other hats are the Polaris and the Darla. I love that her hats often have unique shapes or features! Thanks for the chance to win :-)

"Make Things for Guys Who are Not Twigs" - I would buy that book! All my knitting is for bigger guys you should write that! I enjoyed the interview and always love hearing about the business aspect of designing patterns. Thanks for introducing Alex's designs to me! My favorite hat of hers is the Polaris hat but I'm really liking that Doublish shawlette (it would look great in some of my handspun).

My favorite Alex design is Topographie. It's the first design of hers that I knit and I totally love it's shape and the small purling details that makes each hat unique.
